I know it sounds crazy, but the innate ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable often has a massive price tag. There are dozens of jobs that really reward this skill set and since people skills can’t really be taught in a classroom setting, the employers for these jobs couldn’t care less about your lack of education. At a certain point during your career however, some companies require a degree in order to continue to move up the corporate ladder. It requires “street smarts”, i.e the ability to read peoples thoughts feelings and emotions. Making a successful education career is not an easy task. It requires a lot of hard work, determination and patience. • You must be a very good learner: learning is something that you must get a grasp of. You have to face examinations every now and then. You must learn in order to prepare for the examinations.
